Hello!
Welcome to my website! I have created this in the hopes of being a light and inspiration to those visiting. Anyone can change their mental and physical health if they put their mind to it. What I will strive to show is the path to achieving personal goals in this aspect, it will be up to the individual to focus and make the change. Also, remember everyone has a different background and medical history. If you are unsure, don’t start a new health or exercise regimen before first consulting your M.D.
My first aim is to guide individuals toward their goals of reducing pain and restoring function. I have 13 years of experience as physical therapy provider. I am also an Ace-certified personal trainer. I lean more to the holistic side of health and the benefits of this will be integrated into my blog.
Second, I would like to provide guidance for everyday tips for spiritual and mental health, time management and fun for parents and their kids. I hear many concerns from others parents about how to do certain tasks with children or to allow for good time management, etc. and feel led to share my experiences and what has worked well for my family and I. With God’s strength and a cup of coffee/tea, we can get through anything!
