What’s it all about?
It is a weekly class that last between 45 minutes to an hour. It’s open to men and women. We have modified poses and positions available for those that prefer. It’s a relaxing, stretching and strengthening pose all-together. If you haven’t tried it, you won’t be disappointed. As a result, you will be more limber, stronger and relieve some of the stressors of the day.
A little about me.
I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years. It’s beneficial for reducing pain, making you more limber, and making you more balanced; both physically and mentally. We will be building upon beginner level poses and advance as each participant is able and learn new poses along the way as well.
I also offer holistic coaching, life coaching, 1:1 sessions to reduce pain, gain strength and balance as well. I would love to be a part of your wellness journey. Look forward to seeing you all soon!
