They go hand in hand. When you have one consistently, you automatically have more of the other. The cannot exist independently of one another. Wellness begets exercise. Exercise begets wellness.

Exercise-
physical activity that is done in order to become stronger and healthier
Wellness-
: the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal.
Now,
There are many ways to integrate exercise into your daily life. This can be with chores, or even short exercise segments throughout the day.
Wellness is
a state of mind to keep in your focus.
When it is there, you feel better overall because your mind & body is focused on those needs.
Our body is a temple to the Holy Spirit. As such, I see no other way to live than to keep our temple in a state of glorifying God. He created us to live for Him and doing so, with a healthy mind and heart-focus is even better.
