Wellness means different things for different people. For me, it means seeking the most healthy ways of living while keeping God as your focus.
Healthy living means seeking more veggies and fruit in daily meals. It means getting more motion in your day. It also means finding the best ways to de-stress as possible.
We will have human stressors, no doubt. But, it how we deal with them that makes the difference. Do we take each hurdle with grace and keep moving forward? Or do we let the little things bother us more than they should.
Yes, I do get stressed, like everyone. But, if we can all focus on the Way we handle our stress, we can live more peaceful lives.
Phillipians 3:13-14 “Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
